Who will notify Bob that we have permission to post the recording of the speakers?&nbsp; Bob is posting meeting recordings to YouTube when he is notified (he posted April after an email on board@lindheimerchapternpsot.org ).&nbsp; The board thinks it would be best for Mike to let Bob know if the recording can be posted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>State Society<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Do we want to order any yard signs from Thompson Printing (open through August 3rd).\u00a0 We should order 5 each of the two different signs, Dick will send out an email asking for a vote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>President\u2019s Report: Sara Torres, Acting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Continue Board meetings at TPML at 9:30, on the second Tuesday, reservation for Sept. through Dec. at TPML has been submitted.\u00a0 We will hold our chapter meetings at Mammen Family Public Library during construction.\u00a0 Nancy has reserved a room at Mammen Library for July, August, and September for the chapter meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please turn in your Event Liability Forms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>I had to clean up the Lindheimer Chapter Accounting folder on the State&#8217;s Dropbox account, where we have been storing a lot of chapter files.\u00a0 Sara will continue to leave the chapter files on her DropBox, contact her if anything is needed from them.\u00a0 The paid chapter Dropbox has expired.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Storage shed flooring has been replaced, contents sorted to remove things no longer needed, other items are back in the shed.\u00a0 There is a tarp over the shed as there is unidentified leaking, everything is protected from water damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Secretary\u2019s Report:<\/strong> Dick Bigelow<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dick Bigelow, <strong>VOTE<\/strong> to approve minutes.\u00a0 Dick will send out an email asking for approval for the June minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Determination of who will turn in form to designate who has State standard emails.\u00a0 We decided we did not need any of the addresses at this time, Dick will fill out the form on the State website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: Sarah Mato<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The bank balance as of 06\/25\/26 is $3,523.15.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update on 2025 audit.\u00a0 Jan will send an email to Sarah and the Board that the auditors all looked at their items and everything looked good.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Craig has to resubmit the 2026 NLCP expenses, they told him that the most that can be reimbursed is $100 per speaker.\u00a0 All the 2025 expenses have been submitted and should be in process.\u00a0 He said he would send Sarah all the emails that he had from Linda Floss.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Director of Formal Education: <\/strong>Craig Bruska<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Native Seed Library Program, upcoming workdays<ul><li>July 9th (second Thursday) Mammen seed cleaning 2-4 PM.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>July 10th (second Friday) TPML seed cleaning 2-4 PM.<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>July 16th (third Thursday) Garden Ridge seed cleaning 1-3 PM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>September 19th NLCP 2 Mammen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>October 31st NLCP 3 Mammen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Debbie, Leon, and Craig are redoing the NLCP I, II, and III plant walk lists for the new locations they will be taught at.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Director of Community Outreach: <\/strong><em>Sara Torres, Acting<\/em><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Demonstration Gardens<\/strong>:\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Heritage Museum of the Texas Hill Country &#8211;
