Email bill.hopkins@npsot.org if interested.<br>\u00a0<br><strong>President\u2019s Report: Sara Torres, Acting<\/strong><br>Continue Board meetings at TPML at 9:30, on the second Tuesday, reserved for January to April at TPML.\u00a0 During construction our Board can meet in the Chamber of Commerce meeting room.\u00a0 We will hold our chapter meetings at Mammen Family Public Library during construction.\u00a0 Nancy has reserved a room at the Mammen Library for June, July, and August for the chapter meetings.<br>Please turn in your Event Liability Forms.<br>I had to clean up the Lindheimer Chapter Accounting folder on the State&#8217;s Dropbox account, where we have been storing a lot of chapter files.\u00a0 Update?<br>Scoops and Roots NICE Nursery event update.\u00a0 Went well and was fun.<br>Nancy has offered to update the Chapter pages on the State website, mainly the event pages.<br>Workday to replace storage shed flooring?\u00a0 Will do a pre-workday to paint flooring May 22 10 AM, at Sara Torres&#8217;s place.<br>\u00a0<br><strong>Secretary\u2019s Report:<\/strong><br>Dick Bigelow, <strong>VOTE<\/strong> to approve minutes.\u00a0 We do not have enough directors to make a quorum. \u00a0Votes on the March, April, and May minutes delayed until By-Law changes can be made.<br><strong>Treasurer\u2019s Report<\/strong>: Sarah Mato<br>The bank balance as of 05\/10\/26 is $4,606.63.<br>Jan, Sarah, and Craig worked together on NLCP Lv1 expense spreadsheet to state. Sara gave me a lesson on zoom. It will be at the Headwaters at the Comal in the garden room. I am currently looking at different restaurant and sandwich shop offerings. I could use help getting a flyer for the event ready before our chapter meeting.\u00a0 Bev has re sent the Signup Genius for the picnic.<br>May 23rd preparing for NLCP 4 at The Headwaters.<br>HEB gift cards balance is $260.<br>\u00a0<br><strong>New Business<\/strong>:<br>A month or so ago, Joanne Hall from STG invited me to join Alignable which is a networking system.\u00a0 I accepted the invitation and have been very conservative with connections, but because I missed the last board meeting it was never discussed.\u00a0 I would like to know if the board wants to continue this or leave the group.\u00a0 Bev, suggests sticking to MailChimp, she says Alignable is for Business 2 Business which we are probably not qualified for.\u00a0 Debbie will continue to evaluate this.<br>Hope for the Guadalupe is a powerful and deeply moving new film on the Guadalupe River floods about a year ago.\u00a0 Fin &amp; Fur made this film.\u00a0 Does the Board want to make a contribution?
